Payment Options: Paypal InvoicePolicies and Notes:1. 50/50 on Payment
I'll be accepting the 50% of the payment before I start on the sketch. The other half would be after the full artwork has been made; But if you want to pay full payment upfront, that would be better.2. References
Keep it brief and straight to the point and I prefer images rather than detailed description. Character sheet is a great example of an excellent reference.If you haven't even provided a character sheet or an actual image of your character, please reduce the very specific details and give me freedom. I would appreciate it.3. Waitlist
In order to be listed down in the waitlist, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit . The rest of the 75% of the payment would be settled after the sketch and the final artwork.The specific details can wait until it's nearing your turn. I will notify you once it's nearing your turn. The price could get updated if there are any complex and additional specific details.4. Communication

a.) Adding a background costs:
Square: $25+
Portrait/Vertical: $35+
Landscape/Horizontal/Full Body: $45+b.) Character/Outfit Design costs an additional of:
Headshot: $30+
Half Body: $40+
Full Body: $50+
(Live2D/Reference Sheet has a different pricing. It has a fixed rate of $75 for the design.)c.) Adding detailed object/animal starts at $10+. Price depends on the complexity.d.) Metal armor or any super complex clothing costs an additional fee that starts at $30+.e.) Detailed Revisions after the full artwork has been made will cost an additional $5-$15+. If it's just a simple revision, no cost would be added.f.) Commercial Fee for schedule art, starting screen or any form of stream asset has a fixed price of $30 ; while for merchandise, the total price would have a 1.5x multiplier.g.) Priority Fee is accepted. Slot depends on the negotiated date between you and me. Priority Fee costs an additional 50% of the total price. Fee may increase depending on the negotiation and the urgency.6. No refunds or charge backs once the transaction is complete.7. Tips are appreciated!
